Job Summary

To deliver quality, standard, and timely services to protect humanity and their property through effective management of all deployments and supervision of security guards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise the performance of guards in assigned areas and ensure efficient execution of duties to prevent theft or damage to client property and premises
• Ensure all guards at posts have necessary equipment and are properly dressed in uniform
• Verify that all guards understand their assignment instructions and carry them out efficiently
• Maintain regular contact with the duty operations controller and report immediately any absences, breaches of discipline, or misconduct
• Maintain regular contact with clients and submit accurate status reports on each assignment
• Make entries in the supervisor Occurrence Book with detailed incident reports
• Report all incidents immediately and assist in investigations
• Provide daily deployment reports, supervision reports, and weekly written reports to the operations manager
• Conduct customer care feedback and perform marketing functions
• Maintain regular contact with relevant authorities and police in your zone
• Report immediately any issues affecting guards to relevant offices
• Maintain company motorcycle in good working condition
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
