In partnership with Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and UNHCR, PALM Corps is implementing an education programme in refugee-hosting districts. We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill critical leadership positions in primary schools across refugee settlements.

Position Overview

This role represents an excellent career development opportunity for an experienced educator to provide leadership and overall school administration in Imvepi Refugee Settlement. We are recruiting 8 Primary Headteachers for this location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and overall school administration
• Supervise and support teaching staff
• Coordinate with stakeholders (DEO, PTA/SMC, and partners)
• Ensure quality teaching, learning, and safeguarding standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education
• MoES registration required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in school leadership
• Postgraduate qualification (added advantage)

General Requirements

• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong understanding of child safeguarding principles
• Ability to work in hardship and multicultural environments
• Recommendation letter confirming good conduct and no protection violations
