In partnership with Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and UNHCR, PALM Corps is implementing an education programme in refugee-hosting districts. We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill primary school leadership positions across refugee settlements.

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in school leadership within refugee-hosting communities. Primary Headteacher positions are available in the following locations:

• Bidibidi Refugee Settlement
• Imvepi Refugee Settlement
• Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and overall school administration
• Supervise and support teaching staff
• Coordinate with stakeholders (DEO, PTA/SMC, partners)
• Ensure quality teaching, learning, and safeguarding standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education
• MoES registration required
• Minimum 2+ years experience in school leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field

General Requirements

• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong understanding of child safeguarding principles
• Ability to work in hardship and multicultural environments
• Recommendation letter confirming good conduct (no protection violations)
