Finance Intern

Role Summary

Assist the finance department in recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and supporting audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Post daily financial transactions into accounting software
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Support preparation of payment vouchers and invoices
• Help compile monthly financial reports
• File and organize finance documents for audit readiness
• Participate in budget tracking and expense verification

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2024 or later
• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (double entry, ledgers)
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally (advantageous)
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
