Position Overview

LEAD 4 Africa seeks a highly qualified Business Coach to join Lead High School (LHS) in Bobi Omoro District, opening in January 2027. This full-time position represents an excellent career development opportunity.

Position Summary

The Business Coach is responsible for equipping students with practical entrepreneurial mindsets, business skills, and real-world competencies that prepare them for self-reliance, innovation, ethical enterprise, and economic participation.

The role emphasizes experiential learning, mentorship, enterprise projects, and competency-based instruction, integrating Christian values, ethical leadership, and stewardship into business thinking. The Coach supports learners to identify opportunities, develop business ideas, manage small ventures, and apply financial and problem-solving skills in real-life contexts.
