Unit Manager

About the Role

Britam Life Assurance Uganda is looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Unit Manager to support agency recruitment and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support agency recruitment and sales growth initiatives
• Recruit, train, and support Financial Advisors
• Supervise and manage insurance sales teams
• Lead the transition of Financial Advisors under the Lift-and-Shift model

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Life Insurance Industry
• Experience in insurance sales and team supervision
• Ready to transition with a minimum of 10 active Financial Advisors (Lift-and-Shift model)
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and support Financial Advisors

Preferred Qualifications

• COP Certification (Candidates pursuing COP studies are encouraged to apply)
