Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate structural designs, calculations, and drawings for code and safety compliance
• Provide structural input during concept and detailed design stages
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, and contractors
• Conduct site inspections to monitor structural works and compliance
• Identify and resolve structural issues during construction; provide technical solutions
• Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements, and material specifications
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and engineering best practices
• Support value engineering to optimise structural systems and reduce costs
• Assess structural risks and recommend mitigation measures
• Prepare technical reports, site inspection findings, and compliance updates
• Participate in project coordination meetings on structural matters
• Ensure structural integrity across all developments from foundation to completion
