Marketing Executive

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Vaal Real Estate as a Marketing Executive in Kampala, Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activations, events, sponsorships, exhibitions, and networking initiatives
• Manage end-to-end event delivery including timelines, budgets, attendance tracking, brand standards, and CRM data capture
• Oversee Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns including placement, vendor coordination, and performance monitoring
• Develop and manage partnerships with strategic brands and corporate entities
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships including contracts, SLAs, quality assurance, and brand guideline compliance
• Coordinate sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and distribution of marketing collateral and giveaways
• Support client engagement and relationship-building activities
• Collect, analyse, and report on marketing performance, CRM insights, and campaign effectiveness
• Support the overall Marketing Department and undertake other duties as required
