## Title: Unit Manager - Life Insurance
About the Role
Britam Life Assurance Uganda is looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Unit Manager to support agency recruitment and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support agency recruitment and sales growth initiatives
- Recruit, train, and support Financial Advisors
- Supervise and manage insurance sales teams
- Lead the transition of Financial Advisors under the Lift-and-Shift model
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Life Insurance Industry
- Experience in insurance sales and team supervision
- Ready to transition with a minimum of 10 active Financial Advisors (Lift-and-Shift model)
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and support Financial Advisors
Preferred Qualifications
- COP Certification (Candidates pursuing COP studies are encouraged to apply)
