About the Role
Vaal Real Estate is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Kampala. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for showcasing properties to potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Showcase VAAL properties to potential clients and build relationships to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships through calls, site visits, emails, and presentations
- Proactively identify new clients, initiate follow-ups, and close sales
- Maintain quality client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads, match customers to properties, and close sales
- Attend exhibitions and events to meet new and existing clients
- Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Identify barriers to customer satisfaction and implement improvements
- Conduct frequent follow-ups and visits to ensure strong customer relationships
- Research sales data and property market trends
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to enhance the customer experience
- Identify new campaign opportunities and sales prospects
- Maintain accurate data and paperwork including client information, activity reports, contracts, and offers
- Enter relevant information into the CRM system by the end of each business day
