Key Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Governance

• Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned with TECO's vision, mission, and long-term business objectives
• Lead development and execution of strategic plans, annual business plans, operational budgets, and performance targets
• Advise the Board on strategic opportunities, operational risks, market trends, and investment priorities
• Establish and maintain strong governance systems, policies, internal controls, and accountability frameworks
• Drive institutional growth, operational efficiency, and organisational transformation initiatives

Business Development and Market Positioning

• Lead business acquisition initiatives including networking, partnership development, proposal negotiations, and market expansion
• Oversee preparation and submission of high-quality proposals
