Job Purpose

The Deputy Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the Medical Group's operations to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and budgeting activities
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance procedures
• Manage organizational resources effectively
• Contribute to strategic financial decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commerce from a recognized university
• Full professional qualification as Accountant (CPA/ACCA) or Chartered Accountant (CPA/ACCA)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership position

Required Skills & Experience

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Performance management
• Knowledge of healthcare financial systems and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Previous experience working with a medical facility
