Key Responsibilities

Operating and Process Control

• Operate the process area according to work instructions and adhere to usage standards
• Carry out required quality checks as described in quality control and analysis work practices
• Record waste on appropriate documentation or information systems and review waste trends to identify problems or opportunities
• Constantly review process performance against target and complete all short interval control documentation
• Respond rapidly to upstream or downstream triggers that result in stoppages
• Apply appropriate problem-solving approaches as detailed in the problem-solving work practice
• Perform housekeeping tasks, apply 5S principles, and follow safe work procedures
