About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Specialist to join our team at our Misugusugu factory. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions while providing support to various departments across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and office activities
- Coordinate and maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests when necessary
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain departmental calendars
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics when required
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
