8 About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and well-organised professional to manage administration and support teams by ensuring compliance with company and site-level standards. This role requires quick thinking, strong adaptability skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & HR Administration

Support on-site recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and administer contracts. Manage employee conduct, implementing corrective actions when required. Plan and coordinate staff meetings, events, and engagement activities.

Compliance & Governance

Liaise with local government and head office to ensure statutory compliance. Act as custodian for all site-related registration documents, ensuring timely renewals. Manage site-related insurance documentation, including applications, renewals, and payment requests.

Administration & Record Management

Oversee record keeping and filing of all company documentation. Maintain detailed records of assets, including location, value, supplier, warranty, and maintenance schedules.

Procurement & Resource Management

Oversee site-level procurement, ensuring adherence to company policies. Manage distribution and accountability of resources across the site.

Security & Team Leadership

Lead security and administration teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs and KPIs. Motivate teams and enforce compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviours.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields Experience with ERP systems, SAGE as an added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience leading teams in diverse cultural environments Experience with leading multi-dimensional teams Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Siha, Kilimanjaro region
