Packaging Operator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging processes including machine start-up, shutdown, and running operations with waste management
• Perform brand and pack changes
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Conduct in-depth cleaning and first-level maintenance
• Monitor process performance and production inputs
• Conduct quality checks
• Take corrective action when needed
• Participate actively in team activities
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Contribute to problem-solving initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Trade Test certification in Mechanical or Electrical
• Experience working in a packaging process environment
• Ability to work shifts
