Mkulazi Holding Company Limited (MHCL) is an established industrial company based in Morogoro, Tanzania.

Position Overview

MHCL is recruiting qualified and experienced fabricators to join the team. The successful candidate will report to the Machining and Fabrication Supervisor and will be responsible for carrying out metal fabrication works required for maintenance, repair, and production support within the industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal materials according to job requirements
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications
• Perform welding and fitting activities to assemble metal structures and components
• Operate fabrication equipment such as cutting machines, grinders, drills, presses, and welding tools
• Inspect finished workpieces to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Adhere to workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures during all fabrication activities
• Maintain safe working practices and proper use of fabrication tools and equipment
• Perform other lawful duties assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Form IV certificate
• NTA Level III in Welding and Fabrication or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of three (3) years working experience in welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
