Looking For Waitress/Front Shop For A Busy Food Stall

About the Role

MEXIASIAN is seeking an experienced Front Shop Manager/Waitress for our busy weekend food stall located in Sandton market. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong customer service skills and the ability to manage operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer interactions
• Operate point-of-sale systems and payment machines
• Process cash transactions and complete daily cash reconciliation
• Conduct stock taking and inventory management
• Manage front-of-house operations during service hours
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a high-volume environment

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven waiter/waitress experience in a fast-paced environment
• Professional customer service background with strong people skills
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and payment systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
• Quick learner with a proactive approach
• Team player with a professional work ethic

Weekend only: Saturdays and Sundays
