## Title: Fleet Operations Controller

About the Role

ASH Freight Logistics is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Controller to manage customer relations and oversee a fleet of trucks operating between Durban and Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fleet operations and customer coordination
Handle port booking and pre-advice documentation
Oversee depot operations
Monitor truck fleet movement between DBN and JHB routes

Required Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 5 years in the transport industry
Proficiency with Navis system
Proficiency with Cartrack system
Port booking and pre-advice experience
Depot operations experience

Required Skills & Attributes

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
