About the Role
This critical role supports our team of Account Managers in selling technology solutions across a broad business technology stack. You will be a results-driven professional who engages with clients while collaborating with Account Managers to help sell, manage, and deliver comprehensive technology solutions.

- Cybersecurity (firewalls)

- Software licensing
- Internet and connectivity solutions
- IT infrastructure and servers
- End-user devices
- Voice, printer, and scanner solutions
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage client relationships and conduct regular service reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and service activation
- Manage CRM/ERP updates, ensuring data accuracy across systems
- Liaise with customers regarding product availability, order status, and basic technical requirements
- Ensure all sales processes and internal workflows are followed consistently
Required Qualifications
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 3 years of IT/electronics or related sales experience
- Strong administrative capabilities and business acumen
- Excellent customer engagement and emotional intelligence
Essential Experience & Skills
- CRM/ERP systems experience
- Clear communication with internal teams and customers
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to engage in basic business-level IT discussions
- Experience in an IT MSP, IT Reseller, or IT Distributor organisation (advantageous)
