About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Control Room Operator / Emergency Dispatch Call Centre Agent to join our team. This is a critical position where your vigilance and attention to detail are essential in ensuring timely and effective responses to incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage emergency control room operations
- Respond to emergency calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Dispatch emergency services and coordinate responses to incidents
- Maintain detailed records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with emergency personnel and the public
- Work under pressure while maintaining composure and accuracy
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a control room industry
- Previous experience in an emergency control room, call centre, monitoring, or dispatch centre environment
- PSIRA registration (essential)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
