Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with warm leads provided by the company
• Distribute and monitor completion of online questionnaires
• Identify individuals interested in financial products and services
• Qualify potential prospects based on established criteria
• Schedule appointments for financial consultants
• Maintain accurate records and update lead tracking systems
• Provide daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional telephone and messaging etiquette
• Basic computer literacy

• Ability to follow scripts and procedures

• Previous sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation experience (advantageous)
