Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with warm leads provided by the company
- Distribute and monitor completion of online questionnaires
- Identify individuals interested in financial products and services
- Qualify potential prospects based on established criteria
- Schedule appointments for financial consultants
- Maintain accurate records and update lead tracking systems
- Provide daily and weekly performance reports
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone and messaging etiquette
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to follow scripts and procedures
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Previous sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation experience (advantageous)
