Driver/Store man/Picker & Packer/General worker needed

About the Role

Air Spring Supply Company is seeking a Driver/Storeman/Picker & Packer/General Worker to assist with local deliveries and general duties around the office. We are looking for someone who takes this role seriously and consistently delivers their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct local deliveries
• Perform picking and packing duties
• Assist with general office and warehouse duties
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff

Required Qualifications

• Matric Certificate
• Code 08 Driver's License
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be credit clear with no ITC problems, judgements, or criminal record
• Must reside in the Umbilo/Berea/Glenwood area

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 5 years prior experience as a delivery driver
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff
• General cleaning or handyman experience
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Committed team player with ability to take initiative
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary based on experience
• Performance incentive paid in December
• Annual profit share based on company and individual performance

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30. Employees are required to arrive at the office 20 minutes earlier.
