Key Responsibilities

Artisan Bread and Pastry Baking

  • Prepare and bake artisan breads including sourdough, ciabatta, health loaves, baguettes, and bagels
  • Create pastries and baked goods such as donuts, rolls, cinnamon buns, croissants, and Danish pastries
  • Produce other specialty artisan breads and pastries as required

Hot Section Kitchen

  • Manage hot kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Maintain food quality and consistency across all meal periods

Experience Required

Proven experience as an artisan bread and pastry baker combined with hot section kitchen chef expertise.
