About Rwanda Medical Supply Limited

Rwanda Medical Supply Limited is the Central Medical Store responsible for delivering healthcare products and services to support better health outcomes for the population. RMS took over operations from Rwanda Biomedical Center/Medical Procurement and Production Division (RBC/MPPD) effective August 14, 2020.

Scope of Work

RMS Limited invites eligible bidders to submit offers for the establishment of a framework agreement for supply and delivery of equipment, reagents, and consumables for histopathology, as outlined in the schedule of requirements.

Tender Document Availability

Tender documents are available from RMS Head Office during working hours (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday to Friday). A non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs or equivalent in freely convertible currency is required with proof of payment to obtain documents.

Bidding Requirements

• All quoted products must be registered in Rwanda or appear on the Rwanda FDA authorized list (applicable for medicines/drugs)
• Bid security of 2% of total bid amount or equivalent in freely convertible currency is required, duly signed and sealed
• Bids remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline
