Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS) Limited, a Central Medical Store, invites eligible bidders to submit offers for the establishment of a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of laboratory devices, materials, equipment, and related reagents and consumables.

About Rwanda Medical Supply Limited

Rwanda Medical Supply Limited is the Central Medical Store that assumed all operations, missions, and services previously managed by the Rwanda Biomedical Center/Medical Procurement and Production Division (RBC/MPPD) as of August 14, 2020. This transition was implemented to enhance healthcare service delivery to the population.

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents are available from the RMS Head Office during working hours (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday to Friday). A non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan Francs or equivalent in freely convertible currency is required for document purchase, payable to designated accounts at the National Bank of Rwanda or Bank of Kigali.

Bidding Requirements

• Bidders must quote only for products already registered in Rwanda or appearing on the Rwanda FDA authorized list (applicable for medicines and drugs)
• Bid validity period: 120 days from the submission deadline
• Bid security: 2% of the total bid amount or equivalent
