Expression of Interest (EoI) for Provision of Travel Management Services for Giz Rwanda

Position Overview

GIZ Rwanda seeks to engage a qualified travel agency to provide comprehensive travel management services. The service provider will be responsible for procurement of airline tickets (domestic and international) for GIZ Office operations and joint programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking of airline tickets in compliance with GIZ guidelines and travel regulations
• Issuing of tickets for GIZ staff and programme participants
• Billing and invoicing services
• Management of airline ticketing services for Rwanda operations

Contract Details

Agreement Type: Framework Agreement

Initial Term: 1 year with option to extend for an additional 1 year based on requirements

Estimated Budget: 792,000,000 RWF for 12 months

Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Requirements
