Contract Objective

To secure hosting services for UPHLS meetings and trainings across multiple locations in Rwanda.

Tender Structure

This tender is composed of three (3) lots:

• Lot 1: Four-star hotels in Kigali city
• Lot 2: Three-star hotels in Kigali city
• Lot 3: Three-star hotels in Huye, Muhanga, Musanze, Rubavu, Karongi, Rusizi, Rwamagana, Kayonza, Bugesera, Gatsibo, and Nyagatare Districts

Accessibility Requirements

All facilities across all lots must be fully accessible to persons with disabilities, including:

• Walkways
• Conference rooms
• Restrooms
• Restaurants
• Bedrooms
• All other common areas

Hotel Classifications

Lot 1: Four-Star Hotels in Kigali

Hotels must be classified as four (4) star establishments.

Lot 2: Three-Star Hotels in Kigali

Hotels must be classified as three (3) star establishments.

Lot 3: Three-Star Hotels in Regional Districts

Hotels must be classified as three (3) star establishments and located in the specified districts.

Bid Requirements

Prospective hotel bids must include:

• Detailed description of services provided
• Comprehensive pricing information
