Overview

ActionAid Rwanda invites national tenders for the supply of school desks and tables in Musanze and Nyaruguru Districts. Participation is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in this field with a valid trading license.

Tender Document Acquisition

To obtain the Tender Document, submit a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RWF) via bank deposit to ActionAid's designated account at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available one day after submission of the bank slip.

Bid Submission Requirements

• Bids must be written in English language
• Bids must be properly bound in sealed envelopes
• Submission deadline: Thursday, 11 June 2026, no later than 10:30 AM
• Submission location: ActionAid Rwanda Head Offices, Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District (near Amahoro National Stadium, next to RSSB/CSS Building)

Bid Opening

Date and Time: Thursday, 11 June 2026 at 10:45 AM

Note: The bid opening will be conducted in a public session. Late bids will be rejected.
