World Vision International Rwanda invites qualified and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in water supply systems construction to submit an Expression of Interest for the following project:

Reinforcement of Higiro-Kigembe-Mukindo Water Supply System in Gisagara District, including supply and installation of a Mobile Water Treatment Plant at Migina River

Eligibility

Participation in the competition is open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in water supply systems projects construction.

Submission Instructions

• All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa)
• No hard-copy submissions will be accepted
• Expression of interest must be submitted through the provided link no later than 09/06/2026 at 9:00 AM
• Interested bidders will receive an email granting access to tender documents on the date indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa)
• Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa
