Position Overview

The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, operations, and lifecycle management of the organisation's IT infrastructure platforms including cloud, data center, compute, storage, and network services. This role ensures high availability, performance, security, and scalability of infrastructure services while driving operational excellence, automation, and cost-efficient service delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and operations of IT infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all platforms
• Lead infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Drive adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and operational KPIs
• Establish and enforce ITIL-based service management practices
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
• Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives
• Ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and escalation mechanisms
• Oversee public, private, and hybrid infrastructure management
