• Must live in Douala or the surrounding area
• Age: 45+
• Capacity to oversee procurement and accounting teams
• Honest, well-organized, and focused on results
• Ability to work autonomously with little oversight
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Adaptable and willing to travel when needed
