## Title: Transport Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating and overseeing all transportation and distribution activities for our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee transportation and distribution activities
Manage fleet operations, maintenance schedules for 40+ vehicles, and driver performance
Maintain accurate records of fuel usage and vehicle logs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or related field
Minimum 2+ years proven experience in repairs and maintenance of vehicles
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety and transport regulations
