Project Lead – Enterprise and Sustainability Projects at MTN

Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination of Enterprise and Sustainability Projects under the guidance of the Manager, Business & Sustainability Projects Implementation. You will ensure that all related projects are completed within the prescribed time frame, quality, scope, and budget whilst adhering to all governance requirements, MTN values, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of Business Initiatives with impact-based execution
• Track project budget utilization and spend forecast, CAPEX commitment and capitalization, change requests, and budget reports in line with CAPEX Budget management framework and guidance
• Facilitate project planning and implementation sessions, meetings, and communication of minutes and actions for tracking and reporting
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of different project documents in accordance with organizational standards
