Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess the requisite qualifications, experience, and integrity required for directorship in a regulated financial institution
• Be a shareholder of the bank and hold not less than the minimum number of shares prescribed by the bank's constitution
• Be nominated by 2 existing shareholders of the bank
