Position Overview

The ESG Impact Reporting Manager is responsible for implementing MTN Ghana's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy through performance metrics and impact reporting. This role ensures alignment with global ESG frameworks and regulatory standards while supporting transparency and mechanisms aligned to sustainable business practices. The position works cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to measure sustainability impact, manage ESG data, and produce high-quality sustainability and impact reports.
