Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Buyer with a Master's degree and minimum 3 years of procurement experience to manage strategic purchasing for raw materials, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure cost-effective procurement within budget
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance
• Coordinate with internal departments on procurement needs
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Ghana procurement regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
