Manager, Network Performance Reporting and Analytics at MTN

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager for Network Performance Reporting and Analytics to lead our network business intelligence function. In this role, you will be responsible for providing network-related business intelligence critical to organizational decision-making. You will manage and mentor a team of analysts responsible for mining and analyzing network data while ensuring quality, integrity, and alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics

• Deliver network business intelligence (BI) solutions and work collaboratively with the commercial BI team to produce company-required analytics for strategic decision-making
• Drive and support Group-led reporting requirements
• Ensure all network-related management reports are produced on time and in the required format
• Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc Quality of Service (QoS) reports to regulatory authorities
• Manage stakeholder Quality of Service requests, oversee report generation, and verify report accuracy
• Provide statistical data as requested and conduct on-site verification of reports with the team
• Analyze network performance reports and translate findings into actionable insights

Team Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to a team of analysts
• Ensure quality and integrity in all data reporting and analysis
• Support team development and capability building
