Job Description

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a talented team, develop strategies to increase revenue, and maintain the brand's reputation for outstanding culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
• Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement creative menus, promotions, and marketing strategies
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability
• Recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service
