Position Details

• Location: Addis Ababa (Lebu area, near Varnero Real Estate, Sabeh Spring Building)

Role Overview

This role ensures the balance of cash reconciliation and inventory operations while handling sales accounting and inventory control for accurate reporting across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Accounting

• Reconcile monthly cash and sales transactions
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on payments
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Review VAT documentation (Z reports)
• Check cashier compliance with government regulations

Inventory Operations

• Reconcile daily inventory between Bluelime and Peachtree systems
• Monitor daily pricing for items under cost and report discrepancies
• Match physical inventory with system records
• Post and reconcile SIV entries
• Lead stock counts and audits
• Monitor stock levels and provide low/overstock alerts
• Resolve discrepancies with warehouse and pharmacy teams

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams
• Maintain documentation of inventory and sales transactions
• Support internal and external audits
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
