Position Overview

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our production team as Machine Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the proper functioning of production equipment and coordinate work with subordinate workers
• Ensure sufficient quantities and quality of raw materials and packaging materials required for production
• Report mechanical and electrical problems to the shift mechanic, electrician, and production shift leader for immediate resolution
• Monitor and control product quality hourly during the production process to ensure correct quality standards are met
• Monitor processing parameters during production and inform relevant personnel immediately when issues arise
• Prevent damage to production equipment during and outside the production process
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of production equipment and work areas, ensuring cleaning materials are available and ready
• Supervise workers to ensure safety precautions are followed throughout the work process
• Submit production process monitoring reports to the immediate supervisor at the end of each shift
• Document problems encountered during the production process in written reports and provide verbal explanations to the immediate supervisor
• Ensure production continuity by addressing product storage issues and related problems promptly
