## Title: Customer Service Officer II

Job Summary

Under close supervision, this role provides front-line banking services to customers. The Customer Service Officer II assists with various banking operations, ensures accurate transaction processing, and delivers reliable, customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in completing various banking forms
  • Perform front-line operations including account opening, local transfers, international money transfers, and cash operations
  • Issue passbooks and cheque books to customers
  • Maintain custody of customers' specimen signature cards
  • Initial deposit and withdrawal vouchers to verify accuracy of signatures
  • Identify payees of negotiable instruments
  • Approve transactions when assigned as checker
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide support
  • Serve as maker and checker in transaction processing
  • Maintain fast, reliable, and customer-focused banking services
