## Title: Strategy and Performance Analyst

Position Purpose

The Strategy and Performance Analyst is responsible for leading the planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the company's strategic and operational performance. The role involves coordinating the strategic development process, cascading it into company and departmental annual plans, and ensuring smooth execution across all business units. The Analyst will provide performance insights through comprehensive financial and operational analysis, aligning results with the company's strategic objectives. The role also requires active coordination with internal and external stakeholders to enhance current strategies and support future planning.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Facilitate the development, review, and update of the company's strategic plan in collaboration with the Managing Director and Executive Management
  • Cascade the strategic plan into annual corporate plans, departmental objectives, and individual KPIs
  • Provide technical support to departments in preparing annual work plans
  • Ensure alignment of departmental plans with corporate strategy and vision

Performance Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Develop and implement performance monitoring systems and frameworks
  • Track progress against strategic goals, annual plans, and KPIs
  • Support managers in applying performance evaluation tools
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct financial and operational performance analysis
  • Prepare quarterly, bi-annual, and annual performance reports
  • Prepare Mid-Strategy Year and End-of-Strategy evaluation reports
  • Develop management dashboards and performance scorecards
  • Generate ad hoc reports and insights for decision-making

Stakeholder Coordination & Strategic Support

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accountability for strategic objectives
  • Engage external stakeholders to gather inputs for strategy development and enhancement
