About the Role

The Senior Planning & Performance Management Officer is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic and annual plans at EthSwitch. This role plays a key part in tracking performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals, preparing periodic reports, and facilitating the continuous improvement of business processes.

• Develop, execute, and monitor strategic and annual plans
