Job Summary
The Senior Office Administration Officer provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives. The role ensures smooth office operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination of executive activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documents
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders
- Monitor office supplies and ensure administrative efficiency
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points for management
- Support planning and execution of company events and meetings
- Ensure proper document control and filing systems
