Senior Nurse (Emergency & Critical Care, NICU, Pediatrics, Surgical, ICU & OR)

Job Summary

New Leaf Medical Complex (NLMC) is seeking experienced and compassionate Senior Nurses to join our clinical team across multiple departments. You will deliver high-quality patient care, supervise junior staff, and ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and patient-centered care practices. The Senior Nurse plays a key role in maintaining clinical excellence and supporting efficient healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care Delivery

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients across Emergency, NICU, Pediatrics, Surgical, ICU, and OR units
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and respond appropriately
• Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care delivery
• Support pre-operative, post-operative, neonatal, and pediatric care

Clinical Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and guide Junior Nurses and support staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, standards, and best practices
• Provide on-the-job coaching and mentorship to junior team members
• Support shift coordination and ensure continuity of care

Clinical Procedures & Support

• Assist and lead in complex medical and surgical procedures
• Ensure proper preparation and utilization of medical equipment and supplies
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control (IPC) practices

Emergency, Critical & Neonatal Care

• Respond effectively to emergency and critical patient situations
• Support ICU and NICU patient monitoring, stabilization, and care
• Ensure timely intervention in life-threatening conditions

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical activities
• Report patient progress, complications, and critical changes
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and audit requirements
