About the Role
The Quality Manager will oversee and enhance the quality management processes at Trans North Trading PLC. This full-time executive role, based in the office in Addis Ababa, focuses on ensuring that the company's products and services meet the highest standards. The Quality Manager will lead initiatives to improve quality systems and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management strategies and policies
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate training programs to enhance staff awareness and adherence to quality procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Oversee the investigation of product defects and customer complaints to implement corrective actions
- Manage supplier quality assessments and ensure they meet company standards
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance for executive management
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices
