Our organization specializes in providing comprehensive marketing solutions and sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate developers in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Position Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support real estate project sales. This role works closely with the sales team, developers, and external partners to drive successful marketing campaigns and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects
Generate qualified leads through targeted marketing campaigns
Strengthen brand positioning in the real estate market
Collaborate with sales teams to support project sales objectives
Work with developers and external partners on campaign development and execution
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
Drive business growth through effective marketing initiatives
