Junior Pharmacist

About the Role

Droga Pharma PLC is seeking motivated and dynamic Junior Pharmacists to join our team in the Medical and Sales Representative capacity within our Import and Wholesale division. The Junior Pharmacist will support pharmaceutical sales, product promotion, customer relationship management, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products effectively to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions by presenting product benefits, features, and competitive advantages in a professional and persuasive manner
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, pharmacists, medical specialists, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare facilities to establish strong professional relationships and increase product awareness and prescription generation
• Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring proper execution of territory coverage plans, customer segmentation, and effective time management within the assigned sales area
• Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing strategies, new product launches, customer feedback, and industry trends to support business decision-making and sales strategy improvements
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge is communicated to healthcare professionals by delivering clear scientific information, product presentations, and promotional materials aligned with company standards and compliance requirements
• Support order generation, processing, and follow-up by coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth transactions
