BI Analyst

About the Role

Habesha Breweries SC. is seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful business insights. In this role, you will develop queries, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Role Objective

The Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on ensuring data availability and quality, applying governance standards, and utilizing enterprise BI technologies including SAP Business Warehouse (BW4), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Azure Cloud, and other tools to drive organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced dashboards that are user-friendly and aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage data quality improvement initiatives and enforce governance practices within projects
• Develop and maintain scalable, standardized datasets for self-service analytics by business users
• Lead efforts to optimize existing BI processes and adopt best practices
• Drive analytics for full business domains, contributing to decision-making and performance optimization
• Define challenging yet feasible objectives and mobilize resources to achieve them, adjusting course proactively when objectives are at risk
• Understand client developments and offer relevant services, identifying problems to make suitable proposals
• Build and maintain network relationships to promote services
• Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Emphasize shared objectives within teams to reinforce the importance of collaborative results
